Do you get the great feeling when you served a customer and u could offer all the helped he/she needs.. but when they ask you about some specification about product which you are not so sure about, you would feel so down. Working in retailing would really provide alot of chance to meet all sorts of customer and different types of colleague.

In my point of view, I thinks that if really want to have a good service provided by a sales person,the customer have to play a part too. example thanks for the help they provide, say please, and smile. This few step would allow the sales person to be more willing to help them.

For myself i'm more then willing to serve a customer for a very long time even if they do not buy anythings from mi at the end. Just that i provide them the info they need, helping them to get the better deal/more knowledge for somethings they do not know.

Today i served an old couple, they were here to ask mi about some problem they en-counted in words document. I wrote down step by step what they need to do if they need to download adobe flash player to their mac's. I'm real happy to see such a loving old couple, they smile thru-out the whole conversation. they even chat with mi after i helped them out with what they need. all this simple things really make my day =)

primary 6 PSLE i had 195 points. i have a choice~express/normal academia. i chose normal acad! thinking tat i wont make it in express! which in the end i didnt end wells in there
'0'lvl result out. i can choose to go ITE/army. i didnt choose ITE. cause it never appeal in my head before! *GSP heading to ITE*. so i'm serving NS.
after serving NS. I thought of studying! if not my paycheck wont be any higher next time.once again, PRIVATE DIPLOMA/ITE. i cant choose poly cause my O' result sux. i have the money to pay for private diploma but i didnt! i choose ITE. well *GSP is really heading to ITE*

yesterday night was the most amazing night. i did my first *13 yao* for mahjiong ever since i played Mahjiong. its was really creepily when starting i had 10 out of the 13 tiles and it just came running into my side. and the best things is tat i *zhi mo* which mean self-draw the unbeliever. =D

my red psp kana STOLE! i lent to my friend on friday last week. but on monday i go back camp he told mi my PSP was lost. together with another friend's psp. argh! he was quite stupid to put the key under his pillow. there's so much things lost in my company. luckily is tat the guy say he'll pay mi back for the lost of psp. let mi count wats the item that had been lost during my stay at ARCHER COY. counting backwards was.

i was playing with my newly bought RED ALERT 3 with my friend at around 2am,suddenly a BIG BANG follow by alarm.. i went out to see asap... how the fuck the lift happen like this!!! i went closer to check if anyone was in there perhaps injure badly, to my relieve no one was in there... i went slightly closer this time and check if maybe there's someone drop thru the floor and to the base, HOLY SHIT!!! i heard SOBBING sound!!!!!! i stunned and CHUA SAI!!!! i checked again and see the floor was ok what the lift was quite level with the ground outside so it woundn't have any chances tat there's anyone drop or sobbing ba? but where the fuck did the sobbing sound came from? i faster went and look for help!! i dash to my mother who was playing mahjong with her kakis and told her everything and i called a 'free' uncle who wasnt doing anythings to come and help mi see the lift and double confirm with mi the sobbing sound tat i heard just now... he came and checked for mi regarding the sobbing sound, cb sia he say its the operating systerm tat always tell us which floor is it.. eg.. 3th story... but why the fuck it sound like sobbing sound man!!! make my face

I hated fieldcamp so much!!!
Mosquito at there damn powerful one sia. They can bite thru mine 'thick' uniform, leaving mi guaranty dozen of marks on most part of mine bodies, inculding "ahem" the ass (they like to aim those fleshy part mi =D )
Cant bathe for 3 days or more is another factor. Camo-ed face cant washed away till back to camp provides mi expected pimples. Unwashed DRY hair is damn irritating. Shivering as i sleeps in the woods with no blanket coverage.SHITTING in the woods mean a NO-no to mi, so u can guess how i pass thru the days without shitting ?Worst of all is carrying the "COOL" MATADOR (light anti-tank weapon) isnt light at all!!!
HOW COOL WAS ARMY ANYWAY!!

Six month solider life with three quarter of the 2years yet to be completed will i go thru it with more passion? or will i drop dead soon with the unbearable shit.

FINALLY endured through the 3 month of shit.. and 1 more week to p0p.. no more fucking recruit life soon.. wont be treated like dogs or so whatever. but the next step of NS will follow up after the 1 week break after p0p.

last week was damn fierce week.. 24km route march at ECP nearly cost my life. whole of my body was aching sia... my feet was having blister over blister, and my shoulder bone and leg bone seem like breaking apart. when finishing the whole thing my leg seem like as if it dun belong to mi. Having completed the whole process it really was damn excited as it significant that i am going to graduate from recruit life and become private soon.. Done IPPT on Saturday just before our book out.
i done my best for most of the station.
my record was

9 chim up( when i go in i can onli do a couples of it)<3pts>
shatter run- 10.1 sec (not bad got 5ptsfor this)
standing board jump i get 234 (sadly i can done better then this<4pts>
sit up 45 (not bad 5pts)
2.4km- 11.49min ( i dun knw its 2 or 3pts but if its 3 pts i'll get silver for my ippt =D )

Its was damn better then what i expected, i didnt knw i can get 9 for my chim up. ytd was a crazy day dun knw what happen to my hand lol suddenlly so powerful.

My vocation is armour infantry.
this one i wasnt really happy with it cause who wont like AI with so many field camps and ops and physical stuff. but i got no choice, im not up to be a tankee =(
but nvm =D i'll still be happy in AI as i'll gona train hard to become more fitter =D

had my field camp last week... its was damn fucking tiring out at the field camp... lucky i didnt encounter any of the "abnormal" things at there... one of my sergeant heard malay prayers when he pee-ing at night, one of my mates heard "someone" quarreling using malays... phew~!... and another things i felt relief is that my weapon didnt get stolen while im asleep... hahha i hugged till very tightly while im sleeping... cause if get stolen, i will kana extra duties and shorten my precious weekend... hmmm... oh yea... combat ration(those food that can keep for damn long one...) didnt taste as bad as what i thought it should be... at least i things tat some even taste nicer than what i get to eat at cookhouse.. LOL!!!

2 more weeks to POP!!!!.... been waiting for this days for so long!!! finally its getting nearer and nearer... cause after that i'll become 'privates' and not a fucking damn recuit!!!! so much benefit that a fucking recruit cant do and a privates can do one... im waiting for it!!!! and waiting to see what will be my vocation at keat hong camp... will i get to become a tankee? or will i become a armour infantry...!!! or support unit? LOL!!!! 3 more weeks to knw my vocation.... well will update more when i have more time... during my long break after my p0p...

so many importan test is coming up for mi.. will i be FIT enough to counter all this HARDSHIP?

hmmm... highlight of the things im doing in camp...
im in 40 singapore armoured regiment.. in ARCHER company.. platoon 2 section 1

not bad la my this company... Sergent treat us very good... somemore now the Sergent will onli punish those 'sabo kia' haha no more mess punishment liao...
Sadly i fail the IPPT CAT test got 13 points nia.. 2.4km got 13min+ and chin up onli 5 times... lol... if i work harder sure can pass my ippt =D .... cause when i get in my chin up onli 1 or 2 times and my 2.4km is 16 mins... lol so there is alot of improvement liao.. i still got around 2 month+ for my BTM to end..
hmmm... now training had getting more and more 'siong' for me liao sia... training for SOC and outfield training... more and more work had to be done liao... everyday inside my bunk, i'll become a shag recuit SP GOH.. damn tired like shit lo.. i think onli im so shag onli sia.. lol..

today is my first booked out since i went into army from 14 DEC... its kinda cool feeling.. everyday since tat day being enlisted.. whole lots of us is waiting for today... praying everyday to be short and less tiring, praying the food for the respected meals would taste good,praying that those commanders is having a good mood, if not we will get it from them when we make some simple mistake.

Form a civilian to a army man its so much of a different. we need to learn to be more discipline, learning to respect those commanders and bunkmates, learning to be much more grown up, learning those Malay comands tat i had nv know before and still learning to adapt to those commands,life AND damn smelly NS man lol some never wash their cloths =X but even after washing its still damn smelly XD...

training is tough, its xiong, its hell!!! think!! run more den 5km each day and 100+ push up and damn lots of pull up and other excise. see for urself for such a slacking person like mi for at least a year... how will i adapt to those life in any short time.. damn man.. its really really a hell... LOL!!!! lucky my platoon sergent and duty sergent is not as bad as others... if not i tell u, im gona drop dead by now!

well hope i'll get used to the tough training and get damn fit and pass my IPPT test and get extra 100 bucks(onli silver)gold = 200bucks but i nv thinks of that.. lol

The one of the main problem in my camps is that there is no fucking malays in here.... so we dun gt to enjoy malay festival... well im not allow to leaks out any info's of the NS things... so i'll just stop here.
Im still in the phycial training phrase and im a fucking recuit. lowest rank in the whole camp.
guess when i get more fit. im gona endurce those training that i needed to do during my btm and the long 2 years army life..

Yesterday was a small farewell dinner from the 5n mates..
As usual i was late when i meet fu,den we went to meet up metilda and mabel.
We planned to watch *Tattooist* but the seats was selling fast, and we was left with onli first roll and thats not onli the problem... the seat was separated.. WTH man.
We cant watch other timeslot so we went to walk around orchard.

It was another day which i had mine *first time*
many of them is also having their *first time* with mi.
My *first time* experience was quite okay only, cause the taste of it is so so nia.. and its cost nearly 30 bucks lols..

It's tingyun de birthday.. happy birthday!!!
we went to had a dinner at Suki Sakura International Buffet Restaurant
This is the *first time* I was mentioning earlier on lols
there were over 100 types of food to let u choose from...
Appetizers include baked oysters, lobster salad, mussels, cold prawns and sushi!!
And there are Dimsum and and some other normal buffet food,
otak,tempura, satay.. there is also free flow of sharkfin soup and ice-cream wor
Its tempura is quite nice compare to the other food.. maybe I still perfer fried food +my dislike
prawn siewmai (too used to pork de liao ba)
ice-cream favor(-.- the orange, mocha & lime yuck* i like the stawberry's)

and some more else loh... hmmm I think that I am just not used to the food ba.. haha I perfer steamboat at marina and other chinese cuisine ba. I saw hong and tingyun and those gals like the food cause they all keep taking the food =X
