I feel like im not living up to the expectation that others thought that i could archive. Teachers is giving mi alot of chances and to help mi , but i could do nothing in return. Giving me extra Projects, giving me extra time , giving me chances to go oversea attachment, giving mi other benefits =( ... i think im quite disappointing to them .. theres alot other disappointing things also

Do you get the great feeling when you served a customer and u could offer all the helped he/she needs.. but when they ask you about some specification about product which you are not so sure about, you would feel so down. Working in retailing would really provide alot of chance to meet all sorts of customer and different types of colleague.

customer

demanding -demanding we excel in ever area
appreciate- whatever small helped we had provide them
proud-those who think they are rich and they are higher statues then us(sales person)
rude- throw their cards/cash on cashier table

In my point of view, I thinks that if really want to have a good service provided by a sales person,the customer have to play a part too. example thanks for the help they provide, say please, and smile. This few step would allow the sales person to be more willing to help them.

For myself i'm more then willing to serve a customer for a very long time even if they do not buy anythings from mi at the end. Just that i provide them the info they need, helping them to get the better deal/more knowledge for somethings they do not know.

Today i served an old couple, they were here to ask mi about some problem they en-counted in words document. I wrote down step by step what they need to do if they need to download adobe flash player to their mac's. I'm real happy to see such a loving old couple, they smile thru-out the whole conversation. they even chat with mi after i helped them out with what they need. all this simple things really make my day =)

my mum/friends from last year till now keep asking mi to play mahjiong~! but i quitted... they are as persistence as me. they keep ask and i keep say no! how wonderful =D

tat time i quitted MJ cause i thinking tat the payout is over my budget le.

i also think its quite wasting time, sitting down there fighting among each other, just like gamble wif blackjack~ i always play very small.. so it wont like damage the feeling of the other bros =D

gamble isnt great after all ~! waste money waste time waste health waste energy waste alot of other things =(

Most of the iphone's alarm had problem on 1/1/11
It didnt sound when u need it~!
Here's a cure for it.
on ur alarm
**on the first tab is repeat tick all the every monday,every tuesday,every wednesday,every thursday,every friday,every saturday, every sunday.
then this will ensure ur alarm to sound when u needed it
when you off the alarm it wont sound so dun worried tat u had tick everyday repeat =D**
